Returns

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging (if possible)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect address, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the issue

Exchanges

Need a different size or product?

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
